Listen to them. Agree with them. Nod your head. And thank them for their wise advice.
Then go back out there and make it happen anyway.
Don&rsquot waste energy and your talent trying to convert the ones that don&rsquot want to be converted to your way of seeing the world.
Instead, always keep an eye out for friends with &ldquocan do&rdquo attitudes. They might tell you your goals are ambitious. Even overly ambitious. And they will tell you that you will find a way to make it happen and perhaps that they can even help you get there.
Those are the ones worth discussing your ideas further with.
The others, let them live in their small version of reality &ndash content to know that the world &ldquoas bad as it is&rdquo will remain the same, and they just saved &ldquoanother crazy fool&rdquo to even attempt from trying to change it.
